By accessing or using the services provided by Suits Finance B.V. (“Suits Finance”, “we”, “us”), including our website (www.suitsfinance.nl) and our Shopify application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Suits Finance provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution designed to help merchants and accountants consolidate sales tax data, calculate nexus, and generate reporting outputs. Our services include AI-assisted categorization of transactions to streamline your workflow.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Our App integrates with your Shopify store. By installing the App, you grant us permission to access the data necessary for the App's functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to grant such access.
The App uses AI to assist in categorizing transactions and organizing tax-relevant data. While we strive for accuracy, these features are provided for assistance only.
You remain solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated outputs, determining your actual nexus obligations, and ensuring that all tax filings are accurate and compliant with relevant laws. Suits Finance is not a tax advisor and does not provide legal or professional tax advice.
Certain features of our services may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or within the Shopify App store. All billing and payment processing for the App is handled through Shopify.
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Suits Finance B.V. and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of our services or us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suits Finance B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
